Stall Holder & Food Truck Applications
2021 Festival of Lights

Diwali, the Indian Festival of Lights, is a festival of new beginnings shared goodness, humility, tolerance, diversity, togetherness and kindness.

It is a time to have fun with friends, family and the broader community in mutual and shared love of dance and song, as we celebrate the ultimate triumph of good over adversity, and light over darkness.

 

The South Fremantle Community Association would like to invite you to register your interest to be a stall holder or have your food truck set up during the event.

​

Cost to be involved is $150 per stall holder, $250 per food truck.

 

Please register your interest by completing the following form by WEDNESDAY 13 OCTOBER.

If your application is successful, you will be contacted by the South Fremantle Community Association to confirm your details and issue you an invoice. Your place will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Please send a photo of your stall set up (or a photo of the items you will be selling) / food truck set up, to southfremantleca@gmail.com and confirm below once sent.
The South Fremantle Festival of Lights runs from 11am to 9pm, bump in for stall holders/food trucks is from 7am. If your application is successful, please confirm you will be able available to have your stall/food truck set up for full duration of the event.

Please note that by submitting this application form, if you are successful, you are agreeing to the South Fremantle Community Association taking photographic images and video recordings of your stall/food truck, staff and customers at the 2021 Festival of Lights. These photographs/videos may be used on the South Fremantle Community Association's website and social media accounts, as well as those of co-hosting businesses.
